    Hosting a Sobremesa dinner is a privilege—not a transaction

  • Depending on your membership tier, benefits may include:

    • Eligibility to host private, chef-executed dinners at home

    • Access to seasonal, locally sourced menus

    • Priority booking and scheduling

    • Preferred pricing on culinary service fees

    • Invitations to members-only gatherings

    • Discounted or complimentary access to select Sobremesa pop-up dinners and special events

  • Membership does not include the cost of private dinners.

    Each in-home dinner is priced separately and includes:

    • A culinary service fee (chef labor, execution, plating)

    • Food and beverage costs based on the selected menu

    This transparent structure ensures clarity and flexibility.

  • Members may host multiple dinners throughout the year, subject to availability and scheduling guidelines. Certain tiers may include priority access during peak seasons.

  • No. All in-home Sobremesa dinners are private and invitation-only. Guests do not purchase tickets.

    Sobremesa contracts directly with the host for all culinary services.

  • Pop-up dinners are ticketed, chef-driven events hosted by Sobremesa at select venues. These events allow members and guests to experience Sobremesa in a curated, communal setting.

    Members receive:

    • Priority ticket access

    • Discounted pricing or complimentary admission to select events

  • Membership subscriptions renew monthly. Members may pause or cancel according to our membership terms.

  • Membership is available through application or invitation. We review each submission to ensure alignment with the Sobremesa experience and community standards.
